How to maintain the health of the eye in front of the computer

There are tips to maintain the health of the eye in front of the computer, check it out:
1. Keep your eye visibility - the monitor (50-100 cm) and use the table / chairs were comfortable.
2. You should use the LCD monitor and settings comfortable to your eyes
3. Check your eyes, you should use anti-radiation glasses if necessary
4. Note the room air circulation and using a fairly light
5. Frequent flashes to the eyes to not get tired and strained
6. Eating, drinking, additional consumption of vitamins or minerals on a regular basis
7. Sleep 6-8 hours a day and take a rest for your eyes around 5 minutes every hours
8. You make time to exercise regularly in order to keep body in shape and fresh
9. Wash your face and eyes with cold water to help your face and eyes relax and back to fresh condition also reduce eye strain.
